These terms are the rules for using AiAdvo ("AiAdvo", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AiAdvo.

1. What AiAdvo does

AiAdvo helps you make short video ads for a business. Depending on the engine you pick, it can use AI services to write the script, create a voiceover, find stock footage, or generate video clips. The finished video is made in your browser and downloaded to your device.

2. Your content and your ads

• You keep ownership of everything you upload or type, and of the ads you make, as far as the law allows.
• You give us permission to process your content only as needed to make your ad, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You're responsible for the ads you make and where you post them.

3. Only use what you have the right to use

Only make ads for a business you own, work for, or have permission to advertise. Only upload photos and logos you own or have permission to use. Don't use other companies' trademarks or pretend to be someone you're not.

4. Be honest in your ads

Ads must follow advertising laws and the rules of the platforms you post on (like TikTok, Meta and YouTube). Don't make false or misleading claims, fake reviews, or promises you can't keep. Don't use AiAdvo to make ads for anything illegal, or for content that's hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or deceptive.

5. Check the AI's work

AI can make mistakes, misunderstand your business, or produce something you don't want. Always watch your ad and check every detail, like prices, hours, offers, spelling and contact info, before you post it. You're responsible for what you publish.

6. Stock footage, AI footage and music

• Stock video comes from Pexels and is covered by the Pexels license, which allows commercial use. Don't suggest that people shown in stock footage endorse your business.
• AI-generated clips are made by third-party AI models. You may use them in your ads, subject to those providers' terms.
• AI presenters are computer-generated people made by HeyGen. Don't present them as real employees, customers or reviewers, and don't use them to say anything you couldn't say yourself in an ad. Where a platform or law requires AI content to be labeled, label it.
• The cartoon mascots are drawn by AiAdvo, and you may use them in your ads.
• The background music is generated by AiAdvo itself, so you can use it in your ads.

7. Premium credits and payments

• The free engines stay free. Premium engines (AI narrator with stock video, AI-filmed footage and AI presenters) use credits you buy in packs. One credit is worth 10 cents, and each engine shows its price in credits before you make an ad.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Credits don't expire. They're tied to the credit code saved in your browser, not to an account, so copy your code (under "My credit code") if you want to keep them safe or use them on another device. We can't recover credits if the code is lost, but email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll try to help.
• Credits are taken when you start a premium ad. If an AI clip or presenter video fails, its credits are returned automatically. A remix of a premium ad reuses the same footage and costs nothing extra.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred for money. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@aiadvo.org with your receipt.
• We may change credit prices for future purchases. Credits you already bought keep working.

8. Fair use of the service

Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of AiAdvo or its server, and don't use it to run up costs on purpose. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

9. No guarantees

AiAdvo is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be error-free, or bring your business more customers. Features may change or stop at any time.

10. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, AiAdvo and the people who run it aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or anything that comes from ads you publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using AiAdvo after that, you accept the new terms.
